Tasmania’s most iconic white sand beach – Wineglass Bay – is the highlight of this scenic tour. The aerial view is truly spectacular and an unforgettable experience.
Leaving the peninsula, we fly over the seal colony of Ile Des Phoques and continue towards our destination Maria Island. We’ll land and take a walk around the nearby area.
Famous for its abundance of wildlife, Maria Island is home to rare and endangered species like the swift parrot and Cape Barron goose, wombats, kangaroos and of course, the Tasmanian Devil.
We enjoy an hour-and-a-half on the island, including time for a sumptuous gourmet lunch with local Tasmanian seafood and wine, before returning to Hobart by air.

The flight departs Hobart at 11:30am, taking in the sights over the east coast and Freycinet National Park along the way. It’s 45 minutes to our destination of Maria Island.
Explore Maria Island
We’ll take a stroll from the airstrip, where you can wander the area and hopefully meet some of the local wildlife (approximately 45 minutes).
Gourmet lunch
Enjoy fresh Tasmanian seafood and local wine as you take in the views over the coast.
Return flight to Hobart
We’ll take the scenic route back to Hobart – over the towns and landscape of south east Tasmania.
